The purpose of this 24-hour course is to teach the fundamentals of the mortgage lending business and prepare students for the Florida Mortgage Broker's State Exam. The course covers Florida Statute 494 and Federal Laws, current Fannie Mae underwriting guidelines, mortgage documents, the application process, appraising property, secondary mortgage market, mortgage financing and much more! This course is offered twice a month. Once each month on the weekend (S & S) before the State Exam is scheduled, and also ten days before over a 2.5 day period (Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday).
